Registration at DBI360.com resources is simple and fast:

1. Click on the Join Free link at the top navigation bar on DBI360.com page

2. Submit information at the required fields.

3. Then create your account. Once you complete the registration process, a verification email will be sent to your registered email address. Click on the shared verification link to validate your email account and start using the resources at DBI360.com

To register for free at DBI360.com, all you need is a valid e-mail address, along with that your company’s name, address and a valid phone number.

Once the details are submitted and email link validated, your free account has been created and you can access your account any time.

After registration, you are automatically logged into DBI site as a member and you are ready to use a wide range of services provided by DBI360.com

Go to MY DBI > Account Dashboard

  • Complete Company Profile
  • For Sellers: Post new sell offers for showcasing in seller page listing
  • For Buyers: Post new BUY Offers in buyer page listing
  • Search Dietary ingredients and products on DBI 360Plus
  • Search for supplies on DBI business directory
  • Connect with prospective buyers and sellers online

Important Note: After registering, we recommend you to complete your company information as requested on the Account Dashboard. This will let our system pre-complete an inquiry form with your details before you send it to suppliers. Providing adequate details will also help suppliers respond to your requests appropriately.

You can register, for free, as a buyer or as both (a buyer and supplier).

If you forgot your registered email address, please call us at +1 972-370- 3530 or contact info@dbi360.com to verify you credentials with regards to registration information, such as your company name, contact person’s name, telephone number etc. which is needed to retrieve the registered email address.

1. To retrieve your password, Go to the log in page

2. Click on Forgot Your Password? link

3. Please submit your registered email address with which you had created an account at DBI360.com

We will send you a password reset link at your email address, guiding you to reset your password instantly.

Note: Double check your email Inbox or Junk mail for email link to reset your password.

Please follow below mentioned steps

1. Log in to DBI360.com

2. Go to MY DBI > ACCOUNT DASHBOARD > SETTINGS > MY DBI ACCOUNT

3. Click on GENERAL ACCOUNT SETTINGS

4. Delete current entry and replace it with new email address > Click Save.

5. Please use the new email address to sign in after you change the registered email address.

Please note that the new email address should not have been already used for account registration at DBI360.com.

Please follow below mentioned steps

1. Log in to DBI360.com

2. Go to MY DBI > ACCOUNT DASHBOARD > SETTINGS > MY DBI ACCOUNT >

3. Click on GENERAL ACCOUNT SETTINGS

4. Select change password check box.

5. Submit your current password.

6. Create new desired password > Click Save

Your password has now been changed. Please log out and log in again with your new password.

Please follow below mentioned steps to edit your DBI profile.

1. Log in to DBI360.com

2. Go to MY DBI > ACCOUNT DASHBOARD > SETTINGS > MY DBI ACCOUNT >

3. Click on GENERAL ACCOUNT SETTINGS

4. Edit your profile (Name / telephone / Address) > Click Save changes

Please follow below mentioned steps to delete your DBI account.

1. Log in to DBI360.com

2. Go to MY DBI > ACCOUNT DASHBOARD > SETTINGS > MY DBI ACCOUNT >

3. Click on GENERAL ACCOUNT SETTINGS

4. Select Deactivate my account check box > Save

Note: You cannot restore or reactivate your profile once it deleted.

Please follow below mentioned steps to deactivate your profile on DBI.

1. Log in to DBI360.com

2. Go to MY DBI > ACCOUNT DASHBOARD > SETTINGS > MY DBI ACCOUNT >

3. Click on GENERAL ACCOUNT SETTINGS

4. Select Deactivate my account check box > Save

This feature is provided in case you wish to temporarily put your product or company search on hold.On deactivation, your profile will be hidden from other members and you will not be able to contact any companies until you activate your profile.

You can block other registered members; by prevent them from contacting you or seeing your product and company profiles. You can block any company or multiple companies at one time. You can also block companies from any specific country (s).

1. Log in to DBI360.com

2. Go to MY DBI> ACOUNT DASHBOARD > SETTINGS > ADVANCED SETTINGS >

3. Click on MANAGE BLOCKING

4. Enter email IDs you wish to add in your block list > click ADD

5. Enter countries you wish to add in your block list > click ADD.

6. To unblock select from the drop down menu > Click Remove (from block list)

If you’d like to register for a buyer ONLY account, please select ‘Buyer’ when filling in the ‘Role’ field in the registration form. The upgrade process usually takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on how quickly you provide us with the required documents.

To start the process to upgrade your account to Premium Membership, you need to complete the membership form and send it to us. Our support team will help you in different payment options available and membership fees.

If your account has not yet been upgraded, it could be one of several reasons below:

- We have not yet processed your payment; please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing.

- We have not received a payment-receipt (i.e. scanned copy of your Bank Wire Transfer or Check and Demand drafts etc.)

- There is an error in payment. We could not collect the payment.

You can make your payment either via Bank Wire Transfer, PayPal or Check (within USA).

A Company Registration Certificate is a certificate of your company registration or a business license issued by your local government authorities. This certificate would prove the legitimacy of your business and its existence.

If you don't have a company registration certificate, we require the following documents from you to upgrade your account:

1) Copy of your valid passport

2) Copy of your valid driver's license ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE ATTESTED BY YOUR LOCAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OR MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS! DOCUMENTS RECEIVED WITHOUT ATTESTATION FROM THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OR MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

These documents will be investigated by our authentication department. Once a decision has been made, we will inform you and provide a method of payment.

There could be one or more of several reasons for an application to be rejected/declined:

- Member fails to abide DBI’s Terms of Use

- Member is involved in fraudulent activities

- Membership upgrade document requirements were not met

- Member is not a real, established business

- DBI is unable to confirm the validity of the credentials submitted by the user.
